Before joining Baker Boyer in 2019, John was operator and co-owner of his family farm in Adams, Oregon. He also spent over a decade on the business side of the film and television industry in Los Angeles. Through his diverse experience, John has learned that to create a profitable and successful movie, crop, or financial plan, there must be preparation and attention to detail.

John works closely with his clients to ensure all their needs are met as they navigate their unique personal and financial lives. He helps them with important planning and decisions related to their retirement portfolio, investments, family trusts, and estate plans. He values working closely with the Financial Planning Team to encompass all that Baker Boyer does providing holistic client solutions.

John’s wife is an elementary teacher, so he finds that all his free time is spent volunteering in her classroom, at the school and assisting her in prep work for her class.
