Jolene joined Baker Boyer in 2006 after working at Blue Mountain Action Council for 21 years as their Chief Financial Officer. The strong women in her life including her grandmother and mother instilled integrity, confidence, and patience in Jolene. She attributes her success to these important life skills.

She loves accounting because it allows her to thoroughly understand all aspects of a business. Jolene listens to those around her to develop the best solution for the different challenges and opportunities with her team.

Jolene believes in giving back and has kept her ties with the non-profits in the Walla Walla Valley. She is also a current board member for Community Bankers of Washington (CBW), Citizens for Schools Walla Walla, and a past board member of Student Based Health Center and United Way.
