Michelle grew up in Walla Walla and began her career with Baker Boyer in 1995. Over the years she has held various roles, taken on increased responsibility, and gained a vast knowledge of bank processes. This knowledge gives her a unique perspective for understanding how to best serve her clients and fulfill their needs.

Michelle values relationships and uses interpersonal skills to connect with clients and team members. She gets to know each of her clients personally and develops strong relationships with them and their businesses.  Using innovative ideas and her connections she provides her clients with superior solutions including cash management plans.

Michelle is one of the most visible, active, and community-minded individuals there are. She has served on the Board of Directors for United Way, Power House Theatre, and the Little Theater of Walla Walla. She has also volunteered in the classrooms of Walla Walla Public Schools for Junior Achievement.
