Susie joined Baker Boyer in 1982. She has served in a variety of roles during her lengthy career at the bank, including teller and branch manager, before her promotion to her current role over a decade ago. Susie’s vast banking, non-profit board, volunteer, and life experience help her identify what is most important to her clients.

In her role as a Family Advisor, Susie is passionate about being an advocate and advisor for the clients she works with. Cultivating deep relationships with each of them help Susie understand their underlying needs as well as the obstacles that may be preventing them from achieving their financial goals. Working with the extensive expertise found in DS Baker Advisors, Susie’s goal is to help each client find paths around the obstacles and reach their long-term financial objectives. 

Susie loves her community and is a member of the Steering Committee for the Blue Zones Project, a member of Blue Mountain Health Cooperative Networking/Fundraising Committee, was a board member of Providence St Mary Foundation for 9 years, was an Exchange Club member for many years and enjoys other community endeavors. The Walla Walla Valley Chamber of Commerce selected Susie as the 2017 Award of Merit recipient and the Walla Walla Valley’s Woman of the Year based on her years of community service. She embraces her time spent with her two children, husband, family, and friends.
