Baker Boyer Welcomes Three New Experts to Serve Clients Across Tri-Cities and Walla Walla


WALLA WALLA, WA — Baker Boyer is proud to welcome three new experts to its advisory teams: Tavin Blair, Marisol Gonzalez, and Gary Grant. Together, they bring a wide range of experience and a shared commitment to building strong relationships and guiding clients toward long-term financial success.

Tavin Blair joins Baker Boyer as a Trust Advisor based in Tri-Cities as well as supporting clients in Walla Walla. He brings experience in portfolio management, securities trading, and fiduciary-level investment guidance. A graduate of George Fox University with a degree in Finance, Tavin holds a FINRA Series 65 certification. 

Tavin is known for his thoughtful, client-centered approach—one that begins with listening. He works collaboratively with individuals and families to understand their values and goals, and to create strategies that bring clarity and confidence.

Marisol Gonzalez

Marisol Gonzalez brings more than 20 years of experience in banking to her role as a Business Advisor. She holds an MBA and a B.S. in Business Administration from Western Governors University, along with multiple industry certifications in business lending and financial analysis. Marisol is passionate about empowering small businesses and helping them grow through tailored financial support and strategic advising. 

An engaged member of the Tri-Cities community, she volunteers with the American Red Cross as a Disaster Action Team member, works with Junior Achievement, and participates in the Tri-Cities Regional Chamber of Commerce. 

Gary Grant

Gary Grant also joins as a Business Advisor with nearly two decades of experience across commercial lending, business development, and client advising. He began his banking career in 2006 and has served in leadership roles including Branch Manager and Commercial Loan Officer. Gary brings a practical understanding of the entrepreneurial experience and the dedication it requires. 

He is actively involved with the Boys and Girls Club of Benton and Franklin Counties and serves on the board of the Epilepsy Foundation of Washington.
